Key-holding and checks on the property
We hold your keys, look in regularly and deal with whatever comes up while you are back home in Iceland.
After every visit you get a short report and photos: whether everything is dry, whether post has arrived, whether the power and water are fine. If something is wrong we call you before we do anything.
We also meet tradespeople, let the plumber or electrician in and follow the work through, so you do not have to rely on a neighbour.

Preparing for your arrival
Aired out, cooling switched on, beds made and the basics in the fridge if you want.
A fixed monthly fee. Extra visits are charged separately and always agreed first.
